The company
Senqu Projects is a construction, engineering and development practice based in Thetsane West, Maseru.
The company takes its name from the Senqu, the Orange River, which rises in the Lesotho highlands and carves its way west. The river runs through our mark, and the way it works runs through the way we do: steadily, with force applied in the right place for as long as it takes.
We keep the four disciplines under one roof so that a project has one point of responsibility from feasibility to handover. Design decisions are made with the builder in the room; construction decisions are made with the designer in the room.
How we work

Build to specification
Materials and workmanship follow the drawings. Deviations are agreed in writing before they happen, not explained afterwards.

Report as we go
Progress, cost and programme are reported at agreed intervals. No surprises at handover.

Finish properly
Snag lists, as-built drawings and guarantees are part of the job, not an afterthought.
